When nano suspension is the answer
A drug that is poorly soluble in aqueous media, with poor bioavailability, and that is not a candidate for an amorphous solid dispersion, can still have its dissolution rate increased to improve PK exposure.
Our formulation teams screen nano-formulations for PK, toxicology and clinical studies, and also handle the milling and drying of nano-formulations.
