Senior Vice President, Head of WuXi STA API Late Phase Development and Commercial Manufacturing

Dr. Chen’s versatile industry experience includes organic chemistry, small molecule API process R&D and manufacturing, process technology transfer as well as pharmaceutical CMC development. She received her PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Rochester.

Prior to her role at WuXi STA, she was Principal Scientist of Process Chemistry at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
