Throughput at discovery
Peptide and oligonucleotide programs rarely stall because a sequence cannot be made. More often the next round takes six weeks, the design team moves on, and the SAR question is answered late or not at all.
We deliver more than 100,000 oligonucleotides and more than 50,000 peptides a year. Most oligonucleotide orders of a few hundred sequences turn around in one to two weeks. Most peptides under 30 residues turn around in two weeks at milligram scale.
Continuity from discovery to manufacture
A discovery supplier that cannot make the molecule at scale means a technology transfer later, and a new supplier’s impurity profile may not match the material the toxicology package was built on.
